The Factory is situated at the base of the Kaikoura Ranges with the Kaikoura coast a short stroll away from the 3 bedroom accomodation. Magnificent mountain views and a private courtyard give guests a place to relax and enjoy the natural settings.

The Factory’s private helipad enables hunting guests swift transportation to remote hunting sites, providing a memorable experience.

Non-hunting guests are able to enjoy a variety of activities with free access to mountain bikes and fishing gear, explore the many hiking tracks, a casual game of petanque or simply relax in the hot tub waiting for the hunter gatherers to arrive.

A night around the firepit and bbq area will round off your hunting trip experience perfectly!

Treat yourself to a romantic getaway staying at The Factory’s stunningly unique 3 bedroom accommodation.

Day one
On arrival enjoy French champagne and a selection of cheeses and seasonal fruits from the Kaikoura region and The Factory’s gardens Relax and soak up the vista of the mountains, hop in the hot tub, stroll along the nearly private beach capture the mountain/sea views with snippets of wildlife an added bonus.

Dine In or Out; Kaikoura offers a range of dining options from fish & chips on the beach to 7 course degustation meals. Complimentary drop off and pick up will ensure you enjoy your dining experiences each night.

Day two
Sleep in or wake early for a stroll to the beach and capture the morning sunrise. A 3 course breakfast will be served each morning at your leisure.

Discover the amazing views of Kaikoura from above with a 60min scenic helicopter experience. Set out from The Factory’s private helicopter pad taking in the stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and the Kaikoura ranges beyond. Land on an exclusive site to enjoy a champagne picnic lunch whilst soaking up the beautiful scenery.

Late check out will allow you to fully relax, unwind and make the most of your weekend together.

Kaikoura Coast has some of the best fishing spots in New Zealand and offers a wide variety of fish species. You can expect to catch anything from Moki, Yellow eyed mullet, Piper, Gurnard and many shark species.

Surf cast straight from the beach for Salmon and Kahawai, almost anywhere is good for rock fishing.

The Factory can arrange any type of fishing charter and also offers the use of their on-site surf casting rods.

Non fishing guests in your party can enjoy the variety of land activities on offer, ensuring everyone enjoys their stay at The Factory.
