The Factory Loft House occupies the 200sq meters portion of the historic Hapuku Dairy Factory building.
This option comes with a continental breakfast, a full kitchen and kitchenette downstairs and coffee/tea/ mini fridge upstairs.
With two bathrooms, two lounge areas, a large dining & kitchen area this accommodation is great for groups traveling together that like a little privacy.
The layout downstairs consists of two queen bedrooms with bathroom facilities between. The lounge area has large comfortable couches, a lovely big wood burner fireplace and Sky t.v with all smart tv options. The kitchen and kitchenette are fully equipped with dish drawers, microwave, and a large free-standing oven. The dining and relax area are open planned into the kitchen giving you plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the natural light and mountain views coming in from the large cedar glass sliding doors.
Upstairs the Loft room is a mini apartment of its own! Three comfortable couches and a large smart T.V give you the option to relax and enjoy some quiet time. The super king bed will envelope you and the sky lights above it will mesmerize you with the night sky.The tea/coffee mini-fridge area means you can have your morning cuppa without popping downstairs. The Loft bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, shower, vanity basin and toilet.

- The Factory Loft House comfortably sleeps 6ppl, however, there is an additional single room with single bed for an extra person if required.
- This option also includes a bottle of bubbles and a platter on arrival with a fruit bowl and chocolates provided in the accommodation.
- This new option will also be exclusive to only one party so in the calendar all other options need to be closed off when this is booked, max occupation for this option is 7.
- The price per night is for the first couple and $110 PP there after and $80 per child under 12.
