The Factory is situated at the base of the Kaikoura Ranges with the Kaikoura coast a short stroll away from the 3 bedroom accommodation. Magnificent mountain views and a private courtyard give guests a place to relax and enjoy the natural setting.
The Factory’s private helipad enables hunting guests swift transportation to remote hunting sites, providing a memorable experience.
Non-hunting guests are able to enjoy a variety of activities with free access to mountain bikes and fishing gear, explore the many hiking tracks, a casual game of petanque or simply relax in the hot tub waiting for the hunter gatherers to arrive.
